    This does not have only 80 calories in it. The 2 slices of Costco's Alpine Valley's - Whole Wheat Bread has 140 calories alone, without the other ingredients! Other than that, I truly did enjoy this, it had a nice balance between the sweetness of the apples and the sharpness of the cheddar, will make it again!
