I loved this! I only used about 1/3 of the noodles. I cooked them seperately and then didn't add as much broth. The flavor was amazing!

Just ok. I don't think the pasta needed a full 5 minutes to brown. The flavors were there but something was off.

I took Christine Fortuna's recommendation and added the lemon juice. Definitely the best choice instead of wine. Friends and family are praising me for this macaroni and I'm like 17 this is amazing. This recipe is just... amazing! (p.s., dont worry about soaking the cashews. If you blend them with water it should be soaked enough)

Very good I added a table spoon of apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast flakes with a pinch of salt.

Added asparagus to it and was excellent. I soaked the cashews for only a half hour and it turned out great
