- 2 Tbsp. coconut cream (I scooped the thick cream off the top of canned coconut milk - If you don't like coconut, blend a 1/4 cup of cashews with a teaspoon of water, or use a nut milk)
- 5 medjool dates (/or Coconut Sugar, this gives the toasted flavor)
- 5 bananas (Frozen Ripe)
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips (koko Samoa, adds to the toasted flavor or 1/4 cup, optional)
- 1/2 vanilla bean (/ or 1/2 teaspoon vanilla)
- 1 cup coconut chips (unsweetened, or large flakes)
- 1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. cacao powder
- 2 tsp. coconut sugar (or maple syrup)
- 1 dash salt (optional)
