- Preheat broiler.
- In a food processor, combine borlotti beans, herbs and lemon juice. Pulse to combine. With motor running, drizzle in oil until beans have come together but are still a little chunky. Season. Spread evenly over brioche. Top with tomatoes and mozzarella then broil for 2-3 mins, until cheese melts.
- Top with arugula and bresaola. Season.
