it turned out great! we didn’t have mascarpone so we used cream cheese and cool whip instead. this was my first time making it and it was easy.

Had a hard time waiting hours. It was super easy to make, and I did get a taste of the cream and espresso liquor mixes. They were so good, and I think this was a fun recipe with delicious results. I tasted this thing four hours later and it was perfect!! Loved the creaminess, coffee and liquor blend, and the presentation. Will definitely be using this recipe again!

I love this recipe! It really demystified tiramisu for me - now it’s one of my favourite deserts

Mì piace!! I would make it again, I turned into a tiramisu enthusiast while spending a month in Italy and this recipe is indeed authentic. I too find the simple approach ideal when preparing this dessert. Focusing on the flavor of the coffee and texture with a hint of liquor.

Great recipe, fairly easy to follow but lacks some additional information for beginners.

It was okay overall, what I don’t like is that in the directions it doesn’t tell you to stir the egg whites first and THEN add sugar, otherwise you won’t be able to get the desired texture. They should emphasize these details for someone who is a beginner.

Pretty good for my first attempt at something like this. I used Kahlua instead of amaretto though and I think the Kahlua was a good idea.

delicious, i just put less sugar only 2 Tbs on each mix instead of 3 Tbs will definitely do it again.
