- 8 peach slices (for garnish, optional)

I loved the idea of the peaches and rum for a more adult version of a trifle. I substituted leftover nectar cake that I had on hand and white chocolate pudding in place of the vanilla pudding.
I didn't have mascarpone cheese so I just used the pudding and whipped cream mixture. I had a few raspberries so I threw those in too. Delicious and light summer dessert!
