- 1/2 cup passion fruit juice (concentrated, without seeds)
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice

- 1 Tbsp. cachaça (or white rum)
- 3 Tbsp. chicken (reduced stock, fish, or vegetable)
- 1 pinch salt (and ground white pepper)

- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter (for both a vegetarian and dairy-free version, use vegetable oil)

- 2 cups coconut milk
- 2 cups chicken stock (or water for a vegetarian version)
