For a piccata it’s quite bland. The second time I made it, I added the zest and juice of a lemon and two garlic cloves for two filets. I kept the rest of the recipe as published in order to have lots of sauce. Much better the second time with a taste like Italian restaurants.

My wife LOVED this. She often gets it a Italian restaurants and thinks this is right on par with those. We will make it quite often.

Nice recipe that is quick to make. I used 2 garlic cloves and 2 Tbsp of lemon juice, and it was perfect. I didn’t use any salt because the capers and broth are already salty. Served it with French green beans.

Tasted great and the tilapia is good chicken substitute. I would make it again.

Wonderful flavor! The sauce was subtle enough not to overpower the tilapia. I will make this again

This recipe is very tasty and easy to make. I made it with chicken too for those who are not into fish. Highly recommend!

I used the recipe using salmon, shrimp and lobster tail. It was THE BEST piccata recipe I have tried! Hubby and I made this as our Valentines dinner; it will remain in our recipe file for next year!

Very good rather simple to make dish. Maybe could add more wine and broth to make more sauce to serve with pasta.

One of my favorite tilapia recipes. Very flavorful. I'm normally not big on capers, but works very well here. Simple and quick to make.

Thus recipe is great! I put the sauce directly in the pan with the tilapia fish and was delicious.

Turned out not too bad, followed recipe exactly. Wasn't my favourite dish, but the kids liked it!

This was absolutely delicious as well as fast and easy. Because my fish was so large I has to cook two at a time after making the sauce I put the fish in a dish and then I covered with the sauce. When I asked my boyfriend it he liked, he just bobbed his head with a mouth full of food. I think that mean extra good....
