Description

- 100 grams chicken
- cheese (Mexican mixed, Cheddar, Colby, and Monterey Jack cheeses 100 g)
- 3 mango (and avocado)
- green bell pepper
- cumin
- cloves

Directions
- Marinade the chicken with paprika, yogurt, cinnamon, cumin, cloves powder. Add a pinch of salt for strength the taste.
- Fried the tikka chicken for 10 mins and ready for use.
- Fine diced the vegetables for the salsa. Add the lemon juice, cumin and pepper. Taste it and add the salt at last.
