  • 1/2 cup butter (softened)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup self rising flour (sifted)
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour (sifted)
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 7 ounces milk chocolate (melted)
  • sprinkles (to decorate)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
    2. Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together until creamy. Add flour, alternating with milk. Mix until combined. Shape into small balls (around 1 tbsp each). Place on trays, 1 1/2 inches apart. Make an indentation in center of each cookie. Bake for 15-20 mins, until bottoms are golden. Let cool on trays for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
    3. Distribute chocolate between indentations. Set aside for 2-3 mins then decorate with sprinkles.
