- 4 hamburger buns (with sesame seeds)

- 8 slices tomato
- 4 pickles (sliced lengthwise)
- iceberg lettuce
- tomato ketchup
- mayonnaise

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic (finely diced)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 sweet onion (sliced)
- potato chips (Thick cut)

- 450 grams ground beef ((ideally chuck or round))
- sea salt ((a few good pinches))
- freshly ground pepper ((about 4-5 good cranks from your trusty pepper mill))
- 1 tsp. canola (or vegetable oil to grill pan)

- 6 slices cheddar (aged white, sliced)
- 3 cheese (infused burger buns (buy best quality possible))
- 6 slices applewood smoked bacon
- 6 slices bacon (peameal)
- bread (nice, and butter pickles)
