- 30 oz. diced tomatoes (cans petite, with juice)
- 6 oz. tomato paste (can)
- 1 yellow onion (large, chopped)
- 3 stalks celery (finely diced)
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 Anaheim chili peppers (finely chopped with seeds removed)
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. tabasco (sauce)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. white sugar

This is the most tasteful & delicious chili I’ve made, I usually enjoy my own chili, but I must admit this topped mines...although the prep time was kinda long, in the end it was still well worth it 😋thanks Yummly for sharing great recipes 👍🏾👍🏾

instead of bacon, i use sirloin steak cubed. so good. actually making it as we speak.

It was a lot of prep time but worth every minute. Hands down best chili we have ever made. The kids loved it.
