- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 cup cashews

- 680 grams veggie (Yves, grounds)
- 6 cups tomato sauce (homemade, or store bought)

- 454 grams gluten free lasagna noodles (you may also use ready to bake/no boil lasagna sheets to save time, but I prefer the taste and texture of traditional lasagna sheets)
