- 2/3 cup white cheddar cheese (soft, grated)
- 1/2 cup cheese (Parmigiano, grated)
- 1/8 tsp. grated nutmeg (freshly, plus more for topping)
- 2 ramen noodles (servings of fresh)
- 10.6 oz. ground pork (shoulder)
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. black sesame seeds
- 1 tsp. white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 cup cheese (grated Parmigiano)
- 2 pork neck (pcs, 13 oz/370 grams meat)
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
