These came out perfectly. They did take the full 20 minutes to cook. Also, even though I greased the cups, they still stuck and I had to use a spoon to shop them out. My husband loved them and I will be adding them to my regular rotation for breakfast. Quick, easy, and delicious.

Delicious and quick to make. I made them for breakfast before heading to work. I mixed everything in a measuring cup and poured directly into my oiled mini cupcake pan. I let them cool and packed them for hubby and I to eat on our way to work. Easy cooking and cleaning. Great dish for families on the go!
