My son said it tasted like it was from a cafe. That’s a huge compliment. He usually doesn’t like pizza and he ate 4 slices. It wasn’t as crispy as I’d hoped for using a stone in my oven. I still wish I’d doubled the recipe so I could have had more. I think the recommendation of Monterrey Jack cheese was a huge help for the flavor. I will always use it now!
Update: I now triple the recipe and divide it in half for two pizzas at the size I want.
