This looks like a good, simple sauce. I will try adding the tomato paste to the oil/garlic and cook until it starts to change colour. I live Beth's 'Not sundried tomato sauce' Cooking the tomato paste richens the taste!!

This recipe makes a fantastic pizza sauce. Cooking the garlic made the house smell so good. The only thing i did after cooking the sauce was put it in something to puree it to break down the crushed tomatoes. It spread on the pizza perfectly.

This is the perfect sauce for pizza when you want it quick! It is so easy to just whip up and then freeze for the future. Definitely a yummy sauce :)
