Holy Cow! If there was an award for the thickest hot Cocoa ever, this recipe would win! My 8 year old thought it was a bit bitter but that may be because I used a high quality German chocolate powder and I subbed Splenda in for the sugar. However, I thought it was perfect and rich tasting. Next time, I'll try Hershey's and see if his opinion changes.
