Love this one! Husband and kid friendly, easy, fast, and so many ways to tweak it! I’ve done this without tenderizing the chicken, but highly recommend doing so before dressing. Made this many times. Great for meal prep.

Made it a few weeks ago but forgot to comment. We loved it!!! So juicy and tender with a great crunch. actually making it again tonight but with chicken tender pieces to make it appear more kid friendly. My 8 yr old won't eat any chicken I make, most meats actually, no matter how they're prepared, but this may be the one recipe that works! im adding some more seasoning to their liking and will dredge the entire tender in the mayo/cheese combo. So many ways to change this up which is great but the mayo is the key! Deliciousness!!!

Very delicious! But not as moist as advertised (Outback Steakhouse actually has the moistest Parmesan crusted chicken I’ve ever had). Might be because I dredged the chicken breasts in the mayo/parm mixture and then into the bread crumbs, instead of just sprinkling them on top (wanted to make sure it had a crunch). I served with fresh shaved Parmesan and diced Roma tomato on top. Will definitely make again!

Doubled the cheese and skipped the bread crumbs. My son said it was the best he'd ever tasted! (We've tried other versions in the past.) Definitely making this again soon!

Amazing! my family loved it especially my 7 and 8 year old. easy to make took about 45 minutes to bake! Super Super good! def a keeper
