  • broth (save, from chicken should make 4 cups)
  • 1 bag wide egg noodles
  • 1 1/2 cups celery (chopped coarsely)
  • 2 cups carrots (petite, chopped coarsely)
  • 1 onion (medium, diced)
  • 1 container chicken broth
  • 6 chicken (bullion cubes)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

    I made this dish and absolutely loved it and so did my family!! Once I mixed the two chicken broths together I added the bouillon cubes, vegetables and chicken. The vegetables got tender while the chicken got the bouillon cube flavor added while boiling. I added the noodles in last once the veggies got tender. It was delicious!! My husband wanted to sell it, he thought it was so good..lol!
