- 4 tortilla wraps (10″-round flavored, I used garden spinach herb ones for these)
- 3 Tbsp. cream cheese spread (Ranch, *recipe follows)
- 3 deli meats (very thin slices each of assorted, per sandwich, I used Roast Beef, Turkey, and Virginia Baked Ham)
- 2 slices cheese (per sandwich, I used co-jack and pepper jack)
- 4 lettuce leaves (large iceberg, 1 per sandwich)
- 1 slice Roma tomato (to cover center ingredients)
- salt
- pepper
- Italian salad dressing (a light sprinkle of zesty-style, my homemade preferably)
- 1 slice peppered bacon (crisp-cooked, per sandwich, chopped)
- 6 strips roasted red peppers (per sandwich)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 Tbsp. mayo (I used Duke’s)
- 1/2 cup co-jack cheese (shredded)
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
- 1 Tbsp. ranch dressing mix
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/16 tsp. black pepper (regular)
