- 57 grams unsalted butter (the original recipe calls for 3 tbsp of safflower oil which I didn’t have, so I used 4 tbsp of butter instead)
- 3/4 cup brewed coffee (strong)
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup coco (unsweetened, powder)
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. coarse salt
- 1 1/2 cups pitted cherry (frozen, roughly chopped)
- chocolate ganache (: from my own test kitchen)
- 100 grams milk chocolate chips
- 50 grams dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp. coco (powder)
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. brewed coffee (strong)
- 1 Tbsp. condensed milk (sweeten)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- chocolate (shaving:)
- 50 grams milk chocolate (or semi-sweet chocolate in chunk)
