- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (each, low sodium tamari, rice vinegar and water)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (or 1 clove minced garlic)
- 1 pinch stevia
- 350 grams firm tofu (package, well drained and patted dry)
- 1 Tbsp. light miso
- 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar (each, and water)
- 2 tsp. low sodium tamari
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 1/2 cup seaweed (soaked, choice, I used arame seaweed and soaked it in warm water for 5 mins)
- 1 1/2 cups carrots (julienne cut)
- 1 1/2 cups cucumber (diced)
- 3/4 cup edamame (shelled)
- 1/2 avocado (sliced)
- pickled ginger (optional)
- sesame seeds (optional)
