Why couldn’t I find this recipe before! It’s awesome! I made corn muffins with this recipe and baked at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Turned out so less dry. I use 1/2 the butter and it still comes out great. Substitute yogurt as well for the sour cream.

Absolutely the best cornbread I have ever had/made. My mother stated the same thing! Super moist and terrific flavor! This will definitely be my #1 go to cornbread recipe!

I made this in a one quart Dutch oven and it came out PERFECTLY. So moist and delicious. Unrecognizable to the plain old Jiffy Cornbread without all the tweaks. As it was cooling, I drizzled honey on the top and it was so yummy! I will never make the regular cornbread from the mix again.
