    This is my go-to pancake recipe! The batter is on the thick side so I either cut back a little on the flour or add extra milk. I usually don’t have buttermilk so I sour 2% milk with white vinegar. I add fresh blueberries when I have them. I’ll try omitting the sugar as another suggested.

    These were wonderful! I wanted a healthier version of pancakes for myself and family. These were a perfect match! I forgot the sugar and they still pleased the family. If you have any extra you can freeze them and reheat then in the microwave for an easy quick breakfast.

    Perfect pancakes! I used coconut oil instead of spray and got nice crispy edges. My son loved them!

    Super soft and fluffy. I will definitely be making this again. The only thing I had to substitute was the buttermilk because I don't usually have that around, so I did 1/2 cup almond milk plus a tablespoon of lemon juice to get that "faux buttermilk" taste and it worked great.

    Super easy and really yummy. Recipe is easy to follow. I didn't add maple syrup though as I didn't think it needed any extra sugar

    Fluffy and tasty pancakes! I did use vanilla Greek yogurt and pleased with the result! The batter seemed a bit stiff so I added a bit more milk

    Love this healthy recipe! I changed it up a bit the second time around. After making the cakes according to the recipe the first time, I felt the pancakes were a bit heavy. So, the second time I added an extra quarter cup of buttermilk, and a tad less yogurt. I also used vanilla greek yogurt because i did not have vanilla extract in my pantry and they came out super tasty!
