These turned out really good made them as directed and good with coffee or milk. Will make again.

the cookies turned out super fluffy because i used regular flour and made my own almond "buttermilk" but I was told they were very tasty!

I am sure it will be well if I was using cake flour, but I ended up only having coconut flour so it is too dry, so I will have to keep playing with it.

Amazing! My family loved them! I'll use this recipe forever now. Would definitely recommend. The only thing I changed was I flattened them down before putting them in the oven to make them nice and crispy 😊
