Marinated for about 6 hours and it was delicious forgot to buy scallions but still tasted good. My very picky toddler couldn’t get enough.

Absolutely delicious!!! I didn't manage to marinate it for a full 10 hours but it was still super tasty regardless only I didn't have were the green onions but I didn't miss them served it with sautéed asparagus & some plain quinoa YUM!

Really great recipe! The only problem was the salt level. I didn't think it would need more salt because soy sauce is already pretty salty, but it was lacking a little bit.

So tasty and easy Even my picky son who dislikes meat tried a bite and said he'd be willing to eat it again! I did leave out the ginger b/c I didn't have any, but still so good!
