- 1 cup pepper jelly (at room temperature)
- 4 pieces sourdough bread (thick-cut)

- 1 head escarole (cleaned, trimmed and torn into bite-size pieces)
- 1/4 cup red onion (slivered)
- 2 Tbsp. dill (frond pieces)
- 1/4 cup Marcona almonds (coarsely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lemon (cut in half)

- 1 cup sweet peppers (such as sweet Hungarian, Jimmy Nardello, Padrón, or banana peppers, stemmed, seeded and julienned)
- 1/2 cup peppers (spicy, such as hot cherry bomb, Fresnos, hot Hungarian, or habanero peppers, cored, seeded, and julienned)
- 1/2 red onion (julienned)
- 3/4 cup distilled white vinegar

- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 shallot (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes

- 2 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
- 8 basil leaves (cut in chiffonade)
- 1 lemon (zested and cut in half)
