    Despite the warning from the recipe, I used a stainless steal pan and it still turned out well. Quick and simple, but not mind blowing

    Excellent recipe! I was so tempted to check the bottom of the salmon while it was searing but resisted and I am so glad I did, the sear was perfect! Make sure you keep an eye on the fish while in the oven, mine was ready in 4 minutes.
