- 1/2 cup pumpkin (mashed, I used canned)
- 2 3/4 cups white granulated sugar (add another 1/4 cup if you like really sweet)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cardamon (ground)
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 8 Tbsp. softened butter (I used Vegan butter)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk
