- 1 1/4 lb. flank steak (grilled – 16.25oz)
- 8 oz. buckwheat soba noodles
- 2 cucumbers (small, sliced + salted)
- 8 oz. shiitake (or cinnamon cap mushrooms cleaned and sliced thinly)
- 1 shallots (small, minced)
- 1 kohlrabi (medium, sliced in ¼ inch matchsticks)
- 3/4 cup sugar snap peas (sliced)
- 2 cups tatsoi (chopped, or pea shoots)
- 1 handful chopped chives (and flowers)
- 1 handful cilantro sprigs (mint sprigs)
- 1/4 sesame seeds (to asted, or dry roasted salted peanuts)
