- 1 bunch fresh mint (or basil, whichever you prefer)
- romaine lettuce
- 1 carrot (thinly sliced)
- 1 mango (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup red cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 1 pkg. noodles (sweet potato, this is the kind I used! I found mine in the rice/noodle section at my local Asian market. You can also buy kelp noodles or regular rice noodles as well)
- hoisin sauce
- 1 tangerine (or orange)
- 3 Tbsp. sunflower seed butter
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. ginger powder
- 2 tsp. raw honey
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- 5 Tbsp. tamari
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp. five spice (Chinese)
- 1/2 tsp. red chili flakes
- 1 tsp. tomato paste
