- 1 pinch salt
- 12 oz. cream cheese
- 1 1/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp. whole milk (more if needed)

Made it exactly as directed and it was delicious. It was thick and chocolatey, not at all dry. Topped it with chocolate cream cheese frosting… a chocolate lover’s dream!

Really moist and easy to make. The only note I will make is that the middle of my cakes seemed to have cooked differently they had a glassy look when I took them out of the oven. But I’m sure it was baker error or oven error. Still would make it again everyone loved it
