Amazing. Tried before with out the dipping butter. Using coarse seasonings definitely brought out the flavor. Used as a Christmas side.

First time at preparing artichokes & this is a winner with my family. Simple butter sauce was used. Great complex flavors. Baking took longer than suggested.
