The recipe seemed like a bit more work than I wanted to do but I’m so glad I did because these were amazing! One Walla Walla onion wasn’t quite enough but I loved the flavor of the brown sugar. Highly recommend!

We didn’t have ciabatta bread so I used hamburger rolls. Didn’t read the part about putting the garlic into the oil, so I rubbed the toasted bun with a clove of garlic then brushed on some olive oil. Cut the horseradish to 1 teaspoon which was right for our taste. Note to self: Buy Ciabatta the next time you buy steak, because this was scrumptious. Thank you!

Very good. We didn't have the horseradish so used blue cheese salad dressing instead. I think the horseradish would have been just enough of a kick to knock it out of the park.
