- 6 pieces green cardamom pods (crushed)
- 2 tsp. cumin seeds
- 10 cms cinnamon stick
- 100 mL water
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. ground coriander
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 Bird's eye chili (green, slit)
- 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 1 handful coriander leaves (chopped)
