A mess to make! Be sure you put these in the freezer prior to cooking. Otherwise you will have a mushy mess. All in all the flavor was pretty good, but after you add all of the ingredients, not sure why you gain. If you’re trying to save calories, buy some lean ground beef and have a good burger. Less calories, easier, and has flavor without adding a million ingredients.

i liked it I added some breadcrumbs to thicken it. I also added some garam marssala for a different take with the flavor.
