Ingredients

- 1/2 onion (Diced)
- 1 carrot (Diced)
- 1 garlic clove (Minced)
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. thyme
- 1 lb. ground bison (The Honest Bison, or Ground Bison Steak)
- 28 oz. marinara sauce

Directions
- Heat skillet and pour olive oil.
- Sautee onions and add garlic.
- Once onions have started sweating, add carrots and wine. Cook for 5 min until wine has reduced.
