- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs (toasted)
- 2 roasted red peppers (I prefer one hot and one sweet)
- 5 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper (each:, paprika, cumin, spearmint, urfa biber pepper flakes)
- 1 sprig fresh thyme (soft, chopped)
- 1/4 cup olive oil (Turkish, more if needed)
- 2 Tbsp. pomegranate molasses (Optional but highly recommended)
