- 1/2 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
- 1 clove roasted garlic (smashed)
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (black, preferred or use regular garlic powder)
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. adobo sauce
- 1 can chipotles en adobo
- 2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
- 1 pinch freshly ground nutmeg
- liquid smoke (1 small Dash Hickory)
- hamburger buns (Soft potato bread, TFD likes the ones from Oroweat)
