- 2/3 lb. monkfish (tail cut into 1-inch cubes)
- 1/3 lb. dumplings (fish, see below for recipe)

- 1 Tbsp. sugar (to taste)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup dill (chopped, plus more for garnish)
- 1/4 cup parsley leaves (chopped)
