- 200 grams lard
- 220 grams water
- 575 grams flour
- 1 beaten egg
- 8 inches cake (/20cm)

- 2 pig (’s trotters, cleaned and cut in half)

- 1 small carrot (cut into pieces)
- 1 bunch parsley (small, stalks)
