- 1/3 cup pimentos (diced fire roasted peeled)
- 10 anchovy (stuffed green olives, cut in ½)
- 3 Tbsp. capers
- 8 cloves fresh garlic (smashed or put through a garlic press)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup curly parsley (diced fresh, try not to add the stems)
- 2 bay leaves (large)
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. dried thyme
- 16 oz. whole peeled tomatoes (1 can, crushed)
- 6 oz. tomato paste
- 1 packet Sazon Goya Seasoning (small, with cilantro and achiote)
- 3 sprigs fresh cilantro (minced)
- 1 lime (juiced)
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. adobo seasoning (goya)
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth (low salt or homemade)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Oh mannnn was this next level delicious. I didn’t use the stuffed olives or pimentos and changed this slightly. I recommend using smoked bacon. It infused a next level smoked flavor you’ll love.
