- 14.5 oz. diced fire roasted tomatoes (1 can)
- 2 tsp. sea salt (or to taste)
- 1 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/2 Tbsp. smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp. maggi seasoning
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Berbere spice mix (preferred or curry powder)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro (finely)

I left out the coconut milk but otherwise followed the recipe closely. It was very flavorful and hearty.
