- 250 grams chicken (cooked shredded)
- 5 Tbsp. sesame oil (not toasted or extra virgin olive oil)
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 lime (or 3 tbsp lemon juice)
- 2 tsp. runny honey
- 1 tsp. tamari
- 1 red chilli (finely chopped, to garnish, optional)
