- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 chilli (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil (or sesame oil if you’re out)
- 1 tsp. honey
- water (Wooden skewers, soaked in, for an hour+)
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1/2 small onion (chopped)
- 1 chilli (chopped)

- 150 grams peanut butter (half pot, 100% peanut, no added sugar. Like this one.)
- 1 tsp. honey
- 200 mL coconut milk
- fish sauce (splash of)
- soy sauce

Very nice. More honey is needed when using Sesame oil because Sesame oil is very nutty in flavour.
I also used coconut sprinkles for extra flavour and it was delicious

This was really nice! It was relatively easy to make but required a little prep the day before. The sauce is very rich so I didn’t finish it but I’ll try and eat it with something else.
