Horrible outcome. Fell apart. Had to add more liquid and it still fell apart. Sadly I doubled the recipe.

Absolutely delicious. I doubled the banana and left out the honey, perfect amount of sweetness and tons of flavor. Make sure the pancakes are fully separated from the pan with your spatula before flipping or they will stick to themselves.
