- 8 oz. extra lean ground beef
- 1 egg (omega-3)
- 1 Tbsp. pesto
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 pepper (chopped)
- 4 oz. spinach
- 4 oz. carrots
- 1 Tbsp. walnuts
- 1 apple (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp. flax oil
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 slice cheese

Directions
- Preparing the meat 1. Throw the beef, egg, pesto, and a small amount of chopped onion and pepper in a bowl. 2. With these ingredients, form 1 large burger patty (gettin’ those hands dirty, of course). 3. If you have a grill (outdoor or indoor), you can slap it on the grill. If not, you can either place it in a pan (sprayed with the cooking spray you bought and sitting on medium heat), or place it in the oven at 400 degrees.
