- 2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
- 4 1/2 cups flour (all-purpose)
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
- vegetable oil
- 10 cups water
- 2/3 cup baking soda
- 1 large egg yolk (beaten with 1 Tablespoon water)
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 Tbsp. everything bagel seasoning (I used Trader Joe's but you can do a mix of sesame seeds, onion flakes, poppy seeds, and salt)
