Ingredients

- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (crushed)
- 1 chilli (fresh, red or green - 2 if you like it hot)
- 2 tsp. masala (bottle)
- 250 grams fresh prawns (cleaned and deveined)
- 1/2 frozen peas (a cup of)
- 1/2 coconut milk (to a tin of, or cream, Ayam brand)
- 1/2 lime
- salt (to taste, less than half a teaspoon is needed)
- 1 handful rice noodles (I soak mine in cold water for 10 minutes or so before throwing them in, optional)
